Walk in clients are always welcome, however to avoid disappointment shaves & additional treatments should be pre booked whenever possible. All cancellations of pre booked treatments must be made in writing in advance by email.

Pre booked appointments must arrive on time otherwise Shave Bar Spa reserve the right to cancel or cut short the shave or treatment booked without refund and shall not be held responsible for treatments that are either missed or shortened as a result of clients arriving late for their appointments. No refund or any other form of compensation shall be available or offered. No refund will be given for early departure unless caused by significant acts of negligence on the part of the Company and or its staff. In extreme circumstances Shave Bar Sp reserve the right at all times to cancel or terminate a booking without notice or reason. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your allotted appointment time in order to relax and fill in your pre-treatment consultation form.

Shave Bar Spa pursues a policy of continuous development of treatments and techniques, were therefore reserve the right to make change that will be beneficial to our clients. Shaves & treatments may be subject to revision without prior notice. Payment for treatments can be made by debit/credit card, cash or cheque with a valid cheque guarantee card.

Gift Vouchers

Please ensure that you bring your redeemable Gift Voucher to Shave Bar Spa to present on arrival. None presentation of voucher will necessitate a full charge being made. We will however be please to hold the balance of the value of the voucher for future use. Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.

Valuables

No responsibility can be accepted by Shave Bar Spa for the safety of money or valuables of any kind. If you do bring valuable items it is essential they be covered by your own insurance whilst you are attending Shave Bar Spa. The company will not be liable under any circumstances what so ever for damage, injury or consequential loss, however caused, to a customers’ property and belongings.

Medical

Shave Bar Spa does not have a resident doctor, customers are advised to consult with their family doctor about the need to limit or avoid any of our shaves or treatments due to any pre existing medical or skin conditions, it is important to disclose any medical or skin conditions to us.

Smoking is not permitted in the building.
